Have a customer that would like the ability to forward calls from outside the office. Is there a way that I can forward an extension through the auto attendant or a user start point?
With mobile twinning users can dial shortcodes as though they were in the office, if you setup the ICR and FNE codes correctly that is. And you can do a personal options/configuration menu
Embedded or VM Pro? VM Pro, you can enable/disable Twinning and Forwarding, and set the numbers by through a configuration menu, which can be its own DID or an option off of the automated attendant
