Forward callers based on specific Caller ID number

Is it possible to forward specific callers based on their caller ID number when they call in a DID number. For example if I am away from my desk instead of certain callers getting my voice mail they woudl be sent to my cell phone instead?

One of the things you can do is to make specific ICR for DDI + CLI's.
But if you are talking 100's of unique CLI's, you're facing an exhausting typing job...

If the CLI's have something in coming, like specific area codes or come from same range, it would make it alot easier.
