3904 set with key 0 & 1 MCR 531 , KEY 2 & 3 MCR 532.
forworded to another 3904 set key 0 &1 mcr 400.
when we dial to 531 it will forward to 400, a if some dial 532 it is not forward but ring, any axplanation pls.

Multiple Appearence Redirection Prime - the controlling set of that number (532) will say marp beside it. prt the 3904 out your are trying to fwd, are all 4 numbers marped to that set?

Provide the whole TNB so we can see all the information. Is this the only phone with ext. 531 and 532?

If that is the only set with those 2 ext. on it, then they automatically MARP to that set.

If that is the only set that 531 & 532 appear on, seems an SCR would work out better? If the two 531s are in use, you can only hold/talk/hold/talk to only two anyway.
