Besides perhaps using a console, is there a way of forwarding a virtual by having it as a line appearance etc.

Forward a virtual with a sx-200 Mitel

By "vitual", is it programmed on a DNIC/ONS card? How do you have it programmed?

It's programmed on a COV port. I just don't have a station attached to it. This is to be used as for an 800 number to be sent to a DID which will be forwarded to an ACD group. Sorry if my knowledge is a little weak, I'm new to Mitel. If there is a better way to do this scenerio, let me know.
