I have a client running Outlook 2000 and every week he needs to send me about 30 - 40 messages he has saved in a folder. Forwarding each message individually is time consuming, but if the client highlights all the messages at one time and clicks Forward Message, Outlook creates one email with all the forwarded emails as "envelope" attachments. When I receive this one email, my Lotus Notes v5 only recognizes the first attached "envelope". Does anyone know of a workaround for this situation (i.e. a quick way to send all the messages from an Outlook folder to Notes)? Thanks!!

Presuming you have your Exchange server configured to allow replies to the internet (SMTP) mail, it seems like you should be able to create a 'rule' in Outlook to 'forward' the mail by using the "Out of Office Assistant" feature.
