Working on setting up IP phones, 4610 and 9620 off a remote office that is connected via Internet hardware VPN using Fortinet 60's. Main site is S8720 with Clan and Medpro. CM 4.0 on G650.
Statically assigning the IP's the phone appears to be up and the display shows the buttons etc. When you go off hook it is nothing. Trace shows that TCP Connection Failed then TCP connection Closed. It loops this on the trace. Network Regions are correct and using g.729.
The firewalls (fortinet) boths sides are allowing all UDP and TCP traffic and we tried enabling and disabling H323 on this to see if it makes a difference....no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.....
