I need help understanding this formula and what it is providing. Also, What is TimeStamp?

Avg After Call Work = sum({dSkillsetStat.PostCallProcessingTime},{dSkillsetStat.Timestamp}) / sum({dSkillsetStat.CallsAnswered},{dSkillsetStat.Timestamp})

The formula shows the average 'After Call Work time'.
Timestamp is the date/time the event(s) occur.

An extra bit of info which I don't think is provided by the previous contributor is that in the formula the text:

",{dSkillSetStat.Timestamp}"

denotes the grouping that is taking place within the formula.
