Hi,

just wondering if there is such thing as in converting access report to PDF format by a click of a button on a form in microsoft access? because usually i just manually converted it to pdf by choosing adobe acrobat when printing.

Your help is greatly appreciated. thanks

It is possible to do what you desire with a button click if you set the report up so it uses the PDF tool you desire as the printer for the report(s) you wish to print.

The button would merely have to perform an open report action.

You would still have to define the name of the PDF file that you wished to output.
