Formulas in WORD {}

Hi,

I would like to know what does the following formula means;

{TOC \h \z \t "Heading 1 BLGL,1,Heading 2 BLGL,2,Title,1"}

The formula will show the Table Of Content of the document but what does each parameter represents? Is there any web sites that have the explanations of these codes?
