Hello all

I have a few drop-downs that the user selects on a time sheet. Based on a cell link, I'm trying to display words that correspond to head drop-down value but I'm getting

True or False and no the Words as per my example below:

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

=IF(R5=2,"Sick Leave","")=IF(R5=3,"Vacation","")

=IF(R5=2,"Sick Leave",IF(R5=3,"Vacation",""))

-Why use a big word when a diminutive one will do?-

I will try that first thing in the morning Lilliabeth. Thank you very much.

I noticed that you closed the formula with 2 parenthesis. If I have 6 options to write in do I close it with 6 parenthesis? If that's the case it's not working.

Thanks for the help

I figured it out. Thanks for the help Lilliabeth.
