Forms/Software for call flow documentation

I want to document the outgoing call routing from a CS1k with quite a few SRGs. Do any of you know of forms for this or any downloadable software that would simplify the process? I want to document calls to all NPAs, NXXs, SPNs, and CDP entries. I can always create a spreadsheet but I don't want to re-invent the wheel if I don't have to. Thanks.

I have a tool that you might have already seen and it's been updated last week to include new fields for extension data.

However, the worksheet you need would be the networking one.

Firebird, that looks promising but when I try to convert the networking db I get runtime error "9" - subscript out of range. Any ideas? Could it be that I'm using Office 2010 and the utility was written for 2007?

when i was getting thsat error It was either a admin permissions problem or a problem with permission ruinning the macros in the spreadsheet
