Is it possible to put multiple layers inside a form and still pass the data from the form to an asp page?

I haven't been able to view my .asp coded pages for the last week. About 15 mins ago our network finally recovered from the Code Red Worm. So I have been blindly coding (and I am a newbie to all of this). Thank you for your help.
