Formatting lost from Access to Excel

Can someone tell me how to keep a number format when I export from Acess to a preformatted Excel workbook?

I have encountered the same problem.

I use the Format command in Access to set the final format before writing to Excel.

I also make sure that the Excell cell has the same format
