This is probably a dumb question. I am making graphs in a report in Access 2000. There is data associated with certain dates, but there are many dates with no data. I can't figure out how to get the X-axis to only show dates that have data. Right now, I am getting big long gaps on my graph.

how's about filtering out the stuff with no data on the underlying query of the graph?

something like:

where len(nz(field, '')) > 0

Thanks for the reply. I tried it this morning, but it does not work. I still get big long gaps on my graph.

please post your recordsource sql as well as data types, maybe table structure, etc.

thanks.

Thanks for trying to help me. I actually figured it out yesterday afternoon. I changed teh SQL property of the date to INT. Then formatted the graph axis as a date. That worked!!! Thanks again.
