Formatting Data Labels In Bar Chart

I'm trying to insert additional data into the labels of a bar chart to show the net difference between the charted parameters.
I've figured out how to attach a 'cell' value to append to the labeled data but I want to move the layout as to list the difference data in way to be more 'obvious'
In the attached sheet I want to list out the 51 below the 220 & the 39 under the 226 etc as to group the difference numbers between the raw data.

I'm still a bit green around the edges on charting & I couldn't find a way to do the 'math' in the chart but perhaps there is way to let the chart do the math & populate this data.

Ultimately this end result chart will be used by numerous individuals as a template so will need to auto populate the chart data points based on data similar to what's listed being pasted into the sheet.

Hi,

No one can reference your C: drive!

You would be much better off describing your chart data and posting a relevant sample of your chart data here directly.

You cannot do math in a chart. All summarization must be performed on the sheet so that your chart data displays exactly what you want plotted.

The bar chart shows
Total Cals on y axis
watts on x axis
Bar chart shows total cals burned, fat burned & cho burned with ttl top bar, cho middle of bar & fat as lower of bar.

I want to also include within the labeling the difference aka Delta numbers within the chart

Which would mean
The 2nd bar on the chart would show

341 -ttl cals, 57 delta tcals,
226 fat, 39 delta fcals
116 cho, 25 delta ccal

My real real preference would be to have the Delta numbers all grouped up within the bar chart independent of the labels but can't seem to do that so am thinking the labels would be so that the fat/cho delta's are visually close to each other....

Calculate the delta in another column.

Assuming you've already assigned data labels, SELECT the first data label, SELECT in the Formula Bar, SELECT the cell containing the first delta, ENTER. Repeat for each data label.
