I have a Query pivot table that is generating totals and grand totals of a number which is actually seconds. I would like to show these totals and grand totals in a time format: hh:mm:ss Is this possible?

Thanks

Loren

Yes - you can format the output in the query grid. Right click on the field, choose properties and then choose the time format

Already tried that. It outputs 12:00, irregardless of the number.

Thanks anyway. :)

You need to divide the seconds by 86400, the number of seconds in a day. The time format is expecting a date/time value, which is a floating point number containing the time expressed as a fraction of 1 day. Rick Sprague
