Format Manual Cross Tab

I am trying to do a manual cross tab.
I have a three groups
Person- (Group I)
No.-II - (Group II)
Day-II - (Group III)
Day-II - (Group III Footer)

The lines i have drawn is to create a cross tab(kind appearance). I have vertical lines to separate each column. But the problem is even if there is no data the line extends till the end of the page. I had given 'Keep Group together' for all the group. So all pages are not the same size. So each page has different style at the bottom of the page. I have suppressed the report footer . Is there any way to control the size of the page. Please advice if this is possible, or any other solution.

It sounds like your line is extending into the page footer. In design mode, check to make sure that the lines do not extend below the group footer by magnifying the view to 200 or even 400%. I'm assuming that you have the horizontal lines in extra inserted group sections. If you format the line in the group footer to "extend to bottom of section when printing" and do the same for the vertical lines, they should match perfectly.
