Format a cell Indian Rupees Style ##,##,##,###.##

In Office97 version I failed to format my cell as
##,##,##,###.## which is an INDIAN accounting style of
Writing amount in Rupees pls. help.

Sorry, the best I can do is using the following in the Custom Format.

## ## ## #00.00_);(## ## ## #0.00)

Seems to act weird when "," are added
