form w/out submit button

Howdy there.
i don't know how i should call this "procedure" .. so i din't know what i should search for in the FAQ's

i've got a form with two unchecked radiobuttons and the user has to choose one before he gets redirected. there should be no "submit"-button, so when the user clicks one of the radiobuttons he gets redirected immediately.

can i insert a "onClick"-redirect thing within the radiobutton-tag??
