Form link not working, basic question

Hello all,
Here is my simple form:

When I click on the submit button, it gives me a page cannot be found, even though it's pointing to the right action page.

I'm using a pretty good site to learn forms to e-mail recipiant:

http://www.advances.net/email/aspmailform/

I started out with this forum posting and am doing some serious research and asp learning:

Could you remove "/" from your form action.
As in replace
<form action=&quot;/aspmailtest.asp&quot; method=&quot;post&quot;>
with
<form action=&quot;aspmailtest.asp&quot; method=&quot;post&quot;>
I got that from the source of the html page

I agree you should remove that &quot;/&quot; in the <form> tag.
