Form Flickers On Labels

Good Morning...

I have an issue on the forms that I am creating in Access 2003, that didn't occur in 2000. Any time I create a form, the labels appear to trigger the screen to flicker. I have researched this on the net and found a work around, however, I cannot figure out how to get it to actually work. Here is the web address

I followed the steps, copy / pasted the code in a new module, opened the immediate window, typed in the next step.... now what? I can't figure out how to run it? I know this has to be something simple...but I rarely work in that window.

Never Mind... i figured out somethign taht works. I pasted the code in to a dummy form and added the function to open on open of the form... now it runs.

Probably not the best thing to do, but it is workign.
