Form feed

Hi,
I have a report that has a grouping by a field called "JobNo".
Sometimes there is one record (3 lines/record), sometimes there are three records.
Is there a way to send a form feed so that the report is not able to print half of a record on one page and half on the other?

Hi,

Make sure in the sorting and grouping for your report,

Group On: each value
Keep Together: whole Group

Hi,

The "keeping together" should have taken care of this. I have created a sample database and this works fine with 4 lines per record. If you would like to keep the group by itself on page, break after the group, by changing the group header property to force a page before or after the group. I wish I could see the scenerio... Hope this helps.
