Form and Subform link

I've a Main form which holds employee details. The Subform has details of the work they produce each week. I currently have a database for each weeks worth of data (too much work). I've tried to insert a combo box on either form which would enable me to select a week number, which would populate the Subform with the related data. I've tried various links via the relationships and subform wizards without any joy. Any suggestions? Cheers s-)
