Forgot password CCR Administrator 1

What is the method to reset user name and password for CCR client. Specifically the Administrator account. There is no SMTP server configured so the "forgot password" option on the login page is not an option available.

If that does not work then only a reinstall will work.
But then you need to uninstall the sql too!

Thanks for the reply. i opened up the SQL studio express as suggested in the link, but I cannot find "dbo.tblusers". would you know where it is?

Go to:

Databases -> AvayaSBCCRT ->Tables -> dbo.TlbUsers

Right click on dbo.TlbUsers and select Open Table


Copy a password you know form a user or another supervisor into the supervisor password field

Your guidance has been invaluable, but when I am at the table there is only one account made and no other supervisors. I think I am doomed to reinstall unless yu no of a way to crack the encrypted password on the table.

If it is not working anyway then you could try to change it anyway.
Just put in 0000 or something like that and see if it works.

The password in the field shows as this
Vim/GBvi5QAxSuFkpSWbGk2GXYP74LLNW4ymleStN8I=
I put 0000 in its place and it did not work, I am guessing that 0000 could have entirely different meaning other than 0000.

Try clearing the password.
Maybe it asks you for a new one
