Client has forgotten their Local Admin Password and now we're locked out of this system. Any suggestions in how we can get around this problem, without having to rebuild the server?

PLEASE HELP!!!!

You'll need to find NTFSDOS (Can't remember where to get it)

1 - Boot the machine with NTFSDOS.
2 - Rename logon.scr to logon.old
3 - Copy cmd.exe to logon.scr
4 - Wait 15-20 mins until the standard NT logon.scr kicks in, at this point it will launch cmd.exe due to 3 above.
5 - Run musrmgr.exe from the above cmd prompt.
6 - Give the administrator a new password.
7 - Reboot with NTFSDOS and rename the files back to their original state.
8 - Reboot into NT with the new administrator password.

Just takes a bit of time.
Cheers.
Seán.
