Forgot Call Pilot Manager Admin account password

Trying to access support tools on a Call Pilot 4 system and getting the following errors and it closes each time. Has anyone see this error and how to resolve?

Error :Cannot move and rename tools zip file, win32_rc = 32
Error : Program !!! err = 38417

 
No, I am in front of the server when I get that error.
 
Hi,

In the Call Pilot Manager, in the Mailbox number...I put 000000 as default and the password is 124578.

In the Server field, in the "Preset server list" I select "Enter data manually" and after that I put in the server field "localhost".

But I can´t login, the screen show me "Error on authenticate the login and the password.

What can I do with this?

unless this was a brand new install, that pwd will not work.

@spanton,
are you getting this before you even login or are you getting this as soon as the black support window pops up?

Are you logged in as ngensys, if not...try that. Can't say I have seen this error before...makes me wants to think corruption
 
I am getting this error after I login with the distrubutor password. It gives me the about error and close the support window.
