forced account codes

Can you set up the Legend to do forced account codes on only long distance calls and not local calls. They are using one PRI for local and long distance.

There is no standard way to do this; Forced Account Code Entry is administered either ON or OFF on a per extension basis.

Very simple you make thr frl level to 4 (make sure all users are 3) on the 011 table and create an MFM user with force account code and add account code to this extension, when they want to call Int. they enter the account code for this MFM, You can set up multiple MFM's to match each extension

they want to use account codes to track LD calls made on behalf of thier clients, so they can bill them. They don't need this for local calls.

O.K. You restrict extensions to local only and you set up some MFM'S with no restriction and give that MFM Autorisation codes, when they want to make a long distance call they go to any phone dial #80 and authcode (mfm)and they can dial long distance for any other call they don't have to input a code
