Hi,
Here's the problem:
On Form 1, a user will enter a value into a field (Field: Status; Value=New).
Later, on Form 2, another user will need to update the field (Field: Status; Value=Updated).
How can I force the user to update this field? Is there a way to get Access to look at Field Status on Form 2 and make sure it doesn't say "New"? If it does, can it prompt the user to change Field Status to something else?
Thanks,
RJ
