I have a macro that runs the OutputTo action to export 2 Word documents. This works fine. The problem I have is that it prompts for overwrite everytime it's ran. Which means the woman who runs it has to sit and watch it run so she can make sure and click OK twice. What's the best way around this?

Consider converting your macro to VB code which which will give you considerable more flexibility. Robert Berman

Hi
Sorry to butt in. Have you tried switching off the warning message facility by dechecking in the Tools/Options/EditFind?
There is a Check box for action query as well.

However, I find that even if you turned this off, it still pops up warning messages when the database is operated in Acces RunTime.Has someone a way out of this?

Cheers

Vijay
