Hi Guys, basically is there a way I can have exchange delete mail in a user's "deleted items" folder that has been there longer than 2 months? Also, same kind of thing for the sent items? I'm getting close to 16 gigs for the storage group and am scared the whole thing is gonna die on me soon :p

Mailbox management works great. But unless a huge percentage of mail is contained in deleted items and sent items, it's only going to help you in the short term.

Unless you have plans to upgrade to enterprise edition, you might want to consider implementing mailbox quotas. This way you can guarantee the mail server doesn't go down due to exceeding the size limit.

Thanks guys, exactly what I was looking for!!!
