Foramating Dynamic Parameters

I am working with crystal reports 10 in a vb.net page 2.0

I have created a report with parameters and it askes the user for those. But how do I format that page that comes up asking them for the parameters.

What do you want to do with the page?
You can't (as far as I am aware) actually format this page, but you can change the order that the prompts are displayed in.

I just wanted to make the titles bold and the header bigger. And if possible make the calendar that pops up a bit more appealing.
