For you OLDTIMERS MER/MAIL issue

I have a Mer/Mail 12 with Hospitality. Since a resent power issue, on all external calls to voice mail, every mailbox gets the personal verification of one user.
I have reloaded software and verified every prompt possible.

Any thoughts, cuss I am scratching my head!

Sounds like someone has recorded the System Greeting.
If the user mailbox has Administrative capabilities then they can record a system greeting as easily as their external greeting (except it's option 8,2,4 I think).
If you don't know which mailbox then you should be able to do a Find for mailboxes with admin allowed.

I am glad to know that there are still some OLD TIMERS with the knowledge .
