For some reason the router wont boot properly

Hi,

I am trying to resolve a problem on my 2600 router and it seems i cannot delete the flash as it wont let me boot into the authentication.

All it does is stop here:

Then i wait about an hour and still not a thing.

I would like to delete this flash and re-install a new IOS but it wont let me get into the break sequence!!!! What the?!?!
