Using MS Word 2002, on Windows 2000/XP, I am unable to select certain fonts. They are added fonts that our company produce. All other fonts are fine and these fonts work in all other office programs. If you try to type using these it defaults back to your default font.

Some PC's can use this font and some can't. Have loaded Acrobat Reader 6 on the ones that can't and this is the only difference I can see between the PC's that do and don't work. Has anyone come across this before? and can help!

Thanks in advance

The fonts are true type.

Also now know that Acrobat 6 has nothing to do with this problem as have the same problem on other PC's without this program.

I have the exact same problem: my company-standard fonts don't work in Word, but they do in every other Office program. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, as I don't see anything in Microsoft's knowledgebase.

Thanks,
