fonts +flash version 8

using flash mx i have custom fonts embedded, the font box is set to static and i publish in version 8, do i need to embed the fonts when i publish, hence do i need to change the text box to dynamic and slected the characters to embed or can i keep it static and pulish like normal and the outside world would view my special font as susposed?

Normally in static textfields (if not using device fonts...) the font's outlines would automatically be embedded.

Device fonts can't be emmbedded... Thus even in static textfields! Thus abnormal!
