What happens is this: I have a doc file that I created on my computer with word 2003, and it fits perfectly on one page. I open that same file on another computer that has word 2000, and the font sizes all stay the same (i.e. 12 stays as a 12, 8 as an 8), but nonetheless all the text seems to have grown by about 50% in size. The one page resume now takes up one and a half pages!?!

If any of you have had this problem and know how to help, that would be great, or am I just going to have to manually re-size everything? :(

The margins, font sizes, and other parameters have not been changed, everything is just BIGGER.

Thanks for the help guys.

That's interesting. One thing that I wonder is what format did you save it in? Word 2003 or Word 2000? If you saved in 2k3, then 2k might be mininterpreting some of the formatting code of the 2k3 doc.

While a change of 50% seems to push it a bit, remember that the other computer is likely using a different printer and/or graphics driver. Word - regardless of version - is completely dependent on the printer driver. ANY Word document can be different on a different computer. Although again, 50% seems a bit much.
