Hi.

Can anyone tell me how to increase the font size in the "Options" box (Tools -> Options)? All other areas show up fine, but in the "Options" box, the icons are normal size but the words below them are so small you can't read them. This is occuring on one workstation only so it must be a local setting or something. GW "Help" says that the problem is a Windows setting, but this is not true as changing a Windows setting changes all font sizes except for the "Options" box.

Any suggestions or help would (and is) greatly appreciated.

Mark

Have you uninstalled & used the GW Cleaning Agent then reinstalled? What OS is this on? Is there any other boxes in other programs that have the same problem? Probably things you have already addressed but would help to know.

Cheers,

Mark ;-)

I have one single user that when she prints emails and attachments the font on the paper is like a 20 point font. The display on the screen shows default and the attachments have default fonts. It is only her computer and her account. I can log on GW on her computer and prints fine. Any help

It's on a Win98SE box. This is occuring on only one workstation and is the only window that is being affected. I did uninstall/reinstall the GW client w/no results. At the risk of sounding too ignorant (but here goes anyway), what exactly is the "GW cleaning agent"?

Thanks again!

Mark

It's basically Novell's lastest version of the GW uninstaller. See TID#2957042 on Novell's web site.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Novell's words:

"GroupWise Cleaning Agent was designed by Novell Technical Support to help resolve issues where the GroupWise client was not completely removed from the workstation. This product was designed to be run in Windows 95/98 or Windows NT/2000."

"This program replaces the obsolete Novell Registry Editor program from Novell."
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Sarcasm aside, it works pretty well in some circumstances.

Good Luck,

Mark ;-)

Ahh. Makes sense. I will try uninstalling w/ the GW uninstaller and reinstall it again. Thanks again!
