I have noticed that when adjusting the font size for a label in VB the min. size I can use is 8 point font

why is this?
Is there a way around this?

thanks

Try some other fonts. Some go smaller.

Hi Johnnyv.
Andylec is correct.
Another thing that you can try is 'forcing' the font size smaller. For instance, with Arial Narrow the lowest set font that I show in VB6 is 8 but, I have changed that font (in the upper portion of the 'size' box) to as low as 4 without a problem.
Note that you will not be able to do this with all of the fonts so, it is a trial and error thing. Make sure that you can run the app with the smaller font as well because some really lose their integrity at that point and become totally unreadable.

Good luck!
