FONT in Lotus Notes HUGE, help?

After logging on to Lotus Notes this morning I was surprised to see the Lotus Notes desktop magnified several times. The font and general appearance seem to have had a alergic reaction to something, everything is swelled up? I've tried to trouble shoot the problem by accessing every option, relating to user preferences on the tool bar, but to no avail. Any tips? Thanks...

Have you tried File/User Preferences/Basics/Default Fonts?

or you may replace the mail template design. Also the font may change if you change your window setting - check those. right click on the windows main desktop - select properties - select settings - check font size is on small...

What I always do in this case is installing the right printerdriver for windows... this always helps...
