Is there anyway to find out which fonts were used in a .psd file once the layers have been merged with no History?

well you can try clairvoyant or take a screenshot and post it on this board

If the font layers were un-rasterized then you could, but it everything is merged then you just have to use your best judgement to figure out what they are.
