Font changes in WP 10/XPSP2

I have installed all patches and updates, I have reinstalled Windows fonts. I am at a loss now. This guy uses Courier (which I hate) and just out of the blue the font appears on his screen as a much smaller version of Courier. It will either do the entire document, or just a part of the document. Reveal codes shows nothing. It prints normal. This is a new computer and this problem just started after about a month. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm getting a lot of heat on this one and would REALLY appreciate any thoughts. Thanks.

I forgot to add that when I reinstall the fonts, it works for about an hour. Then it reverts back to it's old ways.

Try reinstalling the print driver, set it as the default and then open wp.
