Follow-me without using the phone

Hi, System is BC12 SP8 and i lost my dect phone which is an extension 1200...

I want to divert calls ext:1200 to 1300 which is an hunt group number

I made CDINI 1200 to 1300 but it's not working , - i think it's applicable when the number is busy...

Is it possible to do it with Winfiol administration

You can assign a PELPI on ext 1200, but set the cho=1 anspos to 1300 so it only rings on 1300. Or end ext 1200 and assign it as an abb dial (adcoi)

You can also perform a GEPEIIR=1200,PROC=A21A1300#;
Verify the activation of follow me by SUSIPIR=1200;
Div state should display FME and DIV=1300

The operator console can do it too.

GEPEI will only work if it is a Generic Number.
Operator console can only do it if they are setup for programming (PRG=1 in OPCAP.

slash50 - I've checked and I think you will find too that Programming OPI is not necessary, it is a standard feature of all OWS and Symbolic consoles for the operator to be able to carry out diversions using the codes in the ALEX or Lazy Dog.
