If a secretary has permission to view her boss' calendar, how can she make his personal calendar available in her folder list?

We have Outlook 98 and Outlook XP.

TIA

highlight calendar go to file and select open other user folder list and select her boss calendar folder.

I don't believe folders can be shared in Outlook XP as they were in Outlook 2000.

You can export a calender or address book, etc only if the folder is exported as a .pst and then sent to the user and put locally on their machine. Updates must be done the same way.

reminder to my prevous thread! it can only work if you have exchange server. POP3 No.

Wigmore...what you have to do is also give permissions at the mailbox level. On the mailbox owners machine right mouse click the Mailbox folder and go to PROPERTIES. Select the PERMISSIONS tab and then give permissions to the folder.

The client will then be able to add the mailbox to the folder list and any subsequent folders that they have permissions to will appear beneath the mailbox folder.

That's the solution!

Thanks, joegz.
