Folder Question

I was wondering if there is anyway to track activity (changes) in a folder? My guess is that it would be a log file of some sort but i'm clueless as to how and if you can actually do it? Any hel would be appreciated!

Not in 95 or 98 natively. There may be a watch program you can get, but I am not aware of it.

The reason i wanted this kind of utility is to track a shared folder and see what people were changing, and when they changed it.
