During the hurricane, I believe that our power went out during EOD. Consequently, EOD ran on my main server in the back office, and my main FOH terminal is up and running fine. Meanwhile, my other terminals (Bar and 2nd FOH terminal) when I reboot them, the say "Waiting for EOD to complete" and that screen won't budge. The problem is that EOD has already run, but those terminals won't recognize it. How to I get those terminals on the right DOB and to fully start up, they won't even go to the Windows screen.

Sorry using Aloha, not MICROS, forgot to include that bit.

Delete the EOD file in the data directory. Check the system DOB in Aloha Manager. Refresh system.

Cheers,

how do I do that? (Sorry, only two weeks into using Aloha...was a MICROS user for years...) from Back Office main terminal?

browse to the aloha\data directory on your hard drive and select the EOD file thats in the list of files and delete it.
refresh and check toy DOB on the terminals.

Check your sales for the current day, if not 0 you will need to rename the trans.log file (same place as the EOD file above).

Sheck for any missing days sales.

Welcome to the Aloha World

Cheers,
Coorsman
