No Official training, no manual, no nothing. Just teaching myself on the fly.
How to find the Actual Serial Number for a phone device; not just the last 4 digits of the MAC Address?

Hello and thank you "bignose21". I tried that and it still gave me the last 6 digits of the MAC address.

Hello and thank you "KCFLHRC" I tried the LD 117 it still did not show the Serial Numbers.
I am afraid that I have to go with your first recommendation and call each phone from the Ampillion phones we have and ask them to relay the serial numbers to me.
Otherwise, I have to their office and get the Numbers myself.

what set type is it as usually IDU gives serial number, type, colour, if its IP MAC/IP/And IP of the Server does for 11xx sets anyway. if you want the full mac LD 117 "locrpt dn xxxxx"

I got all those, I am trying to get the serial numbers; not the MAC.
