I'm not at my system and I won't be for two weeks.
The intercom keys (3) allow 3 incoming calls per phone to receive SIMULTANEOUS FMFM treatment.
Each one can fork 5 FMFM calls, for a total of 15.
A BCM50 can only take 24 Virtual Terminal Seats overall.
A BCM450 can only take 64 Virtual Terminal Seats overall.
Somebody with at least 1 FMFM seat, please do this:
In Element Manager, count the number of EXPLICIT Virtual Terminal licenses you have.
Go into Call Pilot and under Configuration, System Properties, look for Maximum Find Me/Follow Me Sessions.
On a BCM50
Set it to 15 if you have 1 FMFM seat assigned to a mailbox
Set it to 24 if you have 2 or more FMFM seats and each is assigned to a different mailbox
On a BCM450
Set it to 15 if you have 1 FMFM seat assigned to 1 mailbox
Set it to 30 if you have 2 FMFM seats assigned to 2 mailboxes
Set it to 45 if you have 3 FMFM seats assigned to 3 mailboxes
Set it to 60 if you have 4 FMFM seats assigned to 4 mailboxes
Set it to 64 if you have 5 or more FMFM seats assigned to 5 or more mailboxes
Under the applicable Class of Service(s) ... change the Max Find Me Follow Me Calls Per Seat to 3.
Now, go under Applications, LAN/CTE in Element Manager and see how many Virtual DNs were created with a FMFM application label.
Can somebody do this and let me know the outcome relative to the number of Virtual Terminal seats you have, if any?
Thanks!!
