IPO R11 with Flowroute SIP trunks

Inbound and outbound work fine. When I try to forward a call offsite it appears to go through but there is no audio. I call flowroute support and they said it looks like they are seeing the IPO internal IP in the header as the contact and ask if I can make the public IP address appear in the header instead. Is it possible to do that?

Probably enabling RTP keepalives should help. If not, you have to check your network topology settings.
