Flowroute SIP IP Office 11

Having issues with Flowroute setup on R11. Trunk looks to be connected on both sides and FW policies are correct. Not sure what I am missing. Any thoughts?

Wouldn't we get an initial connection that would die after a certain time? Nothing going in at all.

I am using both lans. LAN1 for the internal phones to connect to which is on VLAN 50 and LAN2 for the SIP Trunk to connect to.

But the SIP messages being sent to Flowroute will have the internal IP address of LAN 2, not your external public IP address to reply back to. Unless you are using ALG on the firewall to try and rewrite the messages, which usually breaks instead of fixes issues.

And, you need IP routes to LAN-2 for Flowroute's SIP and Media servers

What are your incoming call routes, also you might try to build a URI with the main number in it to see if that will allow it to flow. The 404 means it does not see the number on your system.

Are the users sip tab populated with their numbers?

I had the vendor look at it. IP Office is sending request, not getting a response. I am contacting the isp.

I contacted the ISP to check if they were blocking port 5060 or if their config was screwed up as I saw incoming traffic on port 5067. They stated that they do not block anything. Funny how the calls started coming through. No audio yet though.

do a 1 to 1 Open NAT on the firewall (all ports open from your public to the private), if that fixes it you know its something with your rules.

Audio issue was the Fortunate. It was not preserving the port for outbound traffic.
