Flowroute SIP IP Office 11

Having issues with Flowroute setup on R11. Trunk looks to be connected on both sides and FW policies are correct. Not sure what I am missing. Any thoughts?
 
Flowroute says they get a service unavailable. When I call the DID I get a no longer in service. FW is correct.
 
I am getting an alarm stating "No free channel for incoming call".
 
What does your URI look like? What are you using for line groups?

Have you run monitor with sip enabled? do you see any attempts at an inbound call?

AACON, I have. I see nothing. Flow route states that they see a 404.
 
If you see nothing coming into monitor (and you have the correct filters...) then it's not getting past your firewall.

That was my first thought so I triple checked everything. I have both TCP and UDP forwarded and RTP. Why it would say no licenses with no traffic hitting the IPO throws me.
 
I notice you're not using Network Topology. We normally put the public IP and ports on the Network Topology tab of the LAN interface.
 
I am using both lans. LAN1 for the internal phones to connect to which is on VLAN 50 and LAN2 for the SIP Trunk to connect to.
 
Outgoing fine, no incoming can sometimes be fixed by setting a Binding Refresh Time (System Settings | System | LAN1 | VoIP). By default 0. When set the IP Office will send regular SIP option messages that will, if you set the right frequency, keep a connection through a firewall open.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
